We know the value of the traditional 1-hour Introductory appointment to touch on some fundamentals and to get the ball rolling.  After 18 years of meeting with clients, assisting with goal setting, developing action plans & establishing programs for physical development  we also know that a good number of our clients walk through the door looking to dig a bit deeper, make some significant impact and walk out with direction and action steps NOW!   We realize that sometimes when you're ready... YOU'RE READY!  So we ignore the clock and take a deeper dive to get down to the heart of the matter and only call it a day when we've got the bases covered with your Action Plan in place.

We help you work through the kinks before things get twisted.

  • There'll be lots of Q&A to get a good understanding of the path behind you and the journey ahead;
  • We work through goal setting and discover strategies for motivation and accountability;
  • We address, exercise, nutrition, recovery and all the factors which influence your success;
  • We begin to develop Daily, Weekly, Monthly (and maybe yearly) plans ... the BIG picture and all the details;
  • We look to develop habits and checklists to support the plans that are established.
  • THIS PROGRAM CAN TAKE UPWARDS OF 3 HOURS - but we're in no rush (please allow for this time when scheduling your appointment)
  • This is THAT first step on your Adventure!
