About Functional Fitness
Functional Fitness is not a mainstream gym facility, does not have a "stereotypic 'gym-like'" mentality nor does it use traditional "gym methodology" to create the physical challenge necessary for change. It plays a supporting role to the abilities and attitude of those who walk through its doors with the determination to improve themselves, their lives and their ability to perform - regardless of the stage on which they do so!
