The body was made to move!  To walk, run, climb, jump, lift and carry.  Movement is Medicine - and it will never be recalled by the FDA.

We focus on the development of health and physical conditioning which is able to be utilized for real-life purposes by real-life people.  It is concerned with developing the body for use in practical day-to-day situations – walking, bending, climbing, lifting, running, jumping, twisting and turning.
