Program Design
JUMP OVER  TO OUR Online Program Options
Program Design - 1 Phase
1. Preliminary Consult & Assessment (approximately 60 minutes)
An introductory discussion with a certified trainer regarding personal fitness goals and program expectations.  This may also include movement screens, body composition analysis, postural assessment, gait mechanics and/or fitness assessment.
2. Program Design (1 x 4-6 week phase)
3. Program Delivery (within 1 week of the Preliminary Assessment)  A thorough discussion and run through of the fitness program to ensure complete understanding of the program designed and exercise selection.
Program Design - 3 Phases (1 + 2 UPDATES)
1. Preliminary Consult & Assessment (approximately 60 minutes)
2. Program Design (1 x 4-6 week phase)
3. Program Delivery (within 10 days of the Preliminary Assessment)
After an initial program has been developed, this provides the option for the program to be changed (more phases developed) to continue moving towards the established fitness goals. 
4. Program Design (2 updates and meetings to deliver the updated program).
