Month 1:
  • Intro session (30 mins – 1 hour)
  • Training Program (+ session to introduce program; 30 mins – 1 hour)
  • 2 x Weekly Check-ins (15 - 30 mins) (x 8)
  • Unlimited email/ access*
  • Monthly wrap-up and evaluation (30 mins – 1 hour)
 
Month 2:
  • Training Program (+ session to introduce program; 30 mins – 1 hour)
  • Weekly Check-ins (15 - 30 mins) (x 4)
  • Unlimited email/ access*
  • Monthly wrap-up (30 mins – 1 hour)
 
Month 3:

  • Bi-Weekly Check-ins (15 - 30 mins) (x2)

ONLINE COACHING & PROGRAM DESIGN
IN-PERSON SERVICES
Preliminary Consulation
  • virtual consultation via phone, Skype, video, email (or some other technological miracle) to discuss background and establish coaching parameters and expectations.
  • in-person consultation and discussion of background and coaching objectives.
Physical Training
  • online program design and delivery.
  • physical measurements (weight, tape measure, body fat percentage) to establish baselines and monitor progress;
  • physical training program designed and delivered.
Accountability & Support
  • virtual coaching and support services via phone, Skype, video, email, SMS.
  • in-person appointments and meetings. (These can be complimented with other online/ social media check-ins and meetings)
