Are you new to the gym setting?  Maybe you've done it before, but decided for one reason or another that you weren't quite ready.  Now's your chance to get all the inside information that you need from a personal trainer (read bio here), to learn once and for all how to lift weights and get results.

  • Simple anatomy to know how your body moves so you can lift with UNDERSTANDING.
  • Hands on practice with basic exercises and movements to have you lifting CONFIDENTLY.
  • Advice from a nutritionist so that your diet and training are COMPATIBLE.
  • Tips and tricks to make your lifting even more EFFICIENT.
  • Proper lifting mechanics (form) to have you lifting SAFELY.
  • Take-home exercises and workouts to make you STRONGER
