Description: For 100 days we're challenging you to get 30 minutes of continuous movement.
Dates: January 6th - April 15th Cost: $10 to enter; $1 per day that you miss (all proceeds are donated to Paralympic Foundation of Canada) Movement can be anything from skiing to PIlates, running to yoga – anything that raises the heart rate for those 30 continuous minutes.
This is an honour system where you report how many days in the week that you have MISSED. |
